Member Concierge

As a
** Member Concierge**, you’ll be the friendly face that greets members and guests and helps create a warm, inclusive experience from the moment they arrive. This role supports both our outdoor pool and Welcome Center operations, helping members connect with programs, services, and the Y community.###  Typical Shifts
* ** Outdoor Pool:**
* ** Monday - Friday from 1pm to 6pm**
* ** Saturdays & Sundays from 12pm – 6pm**
* ** Weekend availability is required
** This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in customer service, sales, nonprofit work, or community engagement.##  What You’ll Do
* Welcome members and guests with friendly, professional service
* Manage check-in operations at the outdoor pool and Welcome Center
* Monitor the pool deck and assist with waitlist management
* Answer questions and resolve member concerns with care and discretion
* Support cleanliness and risk management standards
* Build relationships that create a strong sense of belonging##  What We’re Looking For
* Must be
** 16 years or older
*** Must be available to work
** weekends
* ** Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
* Basic computer skills

** FLEXIBLE
- ** Willing to pick up shifts
* Must be at least 16 years of age
* Basic knowledge of computers
* We have various open shifts, and weekends are a must
