As a
** Member Concierge**, you’ll be the friendly face that greets members and guests each morning and helps them start their day on a positive note. You’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional service, answering questions, and connecting members to the programs and resources that support their goals.##  What You’ll Do
* Welcome members and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
* Manage check-ins and daily Welcome Center operations
* Answer phones and assist with questions about memberships and programs
* Resolve concerns with discretion and care
* Maintain cleanliness and support risk management standards
* Build meaningful relationships that foster a strong sense of belonging##  What We’re Looking For

* Must be at least 21 years of age preferred
