You’ll combine paid, hands‑on experience in a nursery with a fully funded BA (Hons) degree and Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).

From day one, you will be part of a supportive team, building real skills while working towards a professional qualification.

We have 6 apprenticeship positions available across our nurseries in Ipswich and are looking for motivated, committed individuals ready to grow and develop.

• Supporting children aged 0–5 with care, learning and development
• Observing and assessing children’s progress
• Helping plan and deliver engaging, inclusive activities
• Working in partnership with families and colleagues
• Attending the University of Suffolk as part of your programme.

• Earn while you learn – paid role with no tuition fees
• Degree and professional status on completion (BA Hons + EYTS)
• Real‑world experience in high‑quality nursery settings
• Structured support from a mentor and academic tutor.

You will already have a Level 3 qualification (any subject) or equivalent, which is a requirement of the course entry.
