We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join us as Assistant Headteacher
.
This is a key senior leadership role, offering the opportunity to contribute strategically and operationally to the continued development of a high-quality, inclusive provision for pupils with SEND. You will play a central role in driving whole-school improvement, ensuring consistently high standards across teaching, learning, behaviour and pupil outcomes.
Working closely with the Head of School and the wider Senior Leadership Team, you will provide clear, visible and effective leadership across the school. You will take a leading role in improving the quality of teaching and learning, supporting staff to deliver a personalised and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils. You will also champion a strong culture of inclusion and pastoral care, ensuring that behaviour approaches are consistent, relational and trauma‑informed, and that the school environment remains calm, safe and supportive for both pupils and staff.
This role would suit an experienced and reflective practitioner with a strong track record of impact, who is either already operating at a senior level or ready to take the next step in their leadership career. You will be committed to improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs, developing staff through coaching and professional dialogue, and contributing to strategic planning and self‑evaluation.
