Our client is seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Analyst to join a growing global SAP organization. This role will be responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP Order-to-Cash processes across multiple business units and international locations. The ideal candidate will combine strong SAP SD functional expertise with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with business stakeholders.
This position offers a blend of production support, business process improvement, and project-based work within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a functional subject matter expert for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes.
- Support core Order-to-Cash functions including order management, pricing, availability checking, shipping, billing, and customer master data.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Partner with technical teams to design, test, and implement SAP enhancements and solutions.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues for domestic and international business users.
- Lead and participate in testing activities, including test planning, execution, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend SAP solutions.
- Support SAP projects, system enhancements, and global deployment initiatives.
- Assist with user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure integrated business solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP SD functional experience
. - Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including:
- Order Management
- Availability Checking
- Shipping & Logistics Integration
- Billing & Invoicing
- Customer Master Data
- Experience gathering requirements and creating functional specifications.
- Experience supporting SAP users in a production environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- SAP S/4
HANA experience. - Experience supporting global or multi-site SAP environments.
- Exposure to SAP MM, PP, EWM, or related modules.
- Ability to read or debug ABAP code.
