The Town of Ipswich is seeking an innovative and driven Water Resources Manager to lead initiatives that protect our water supply, advance sustainability, and strengthen environmental resilience.
Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually
In this role, you’ll:
Responsibilities- Develop water conservation and sustainability programs
- Lead environmental and One Water initiatives
- Analyze complex data to guide policy and decision-making
- Pursue and manage grant funding opportunities
- Support regulatory compliance and water quality programs
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders
- Use GIS and technology to improve operations and customer service
