- Set up CNC milling and turning machines (Haas, Mazak, Fanuc controls) with proper tooling and fixtures
- Interpret blueprints, GD&T, hand sketches, and verbal instructions to machine precision components
- Machine parts from steel, stainless steel, tool steels, aluminum, plastics, and exotic alloys
- Ensure quality throughout the process using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, CMMs, height gages, etc.)
- Work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced, high-mix environment
