We are a full-service precision machining and assembly manufacturing provider serving the semiconductor, robotics, aerospace, defense, and medical technology markets. With 200+ CNC machines and ISO-9001:2015, AS9100, and ITAR compliance, we specialize in complex assemblies and large format components for leading technology companies.
Responsibilities- Inspect incoming materials, manufactured parts, purchased parts, and outside service parts to ensure products meet all specifications
- Perform first article inspections and complete associated documentation
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA), and MRB processes
- Manage CAR-NCR log and participate in NCMR and RMA processes
- Manage and schedule equipment calibration, maintain records, and coordinate with vendors
- Maintain knowledge of ISO Standards and quality documentation
- Read and understand fabrication and machining blueprints including Basic GD&T
- Use inspection tools, measurement instruments, and small hand tools proficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of quality manufacturing experience
- Self-starter able to work independently and solve problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Experience with metal stamping, machining, forming, and assembly highly preferred but not required with relevant cross functional experience
- Background in semiconductor equipment, aerospace, defense, medical devices, or robotics manufacturing is a strong plus
- Salary rate: $90-110k
