About

the Role
  • Owning and delivering the marketing strategy across freight forwarding and logistics (import/export, road, sea, air, and contract logistics)
  • Building a consistent brand presence across digital channels, events, partnerships, and sales enablement
  • Developing and executing go‑to‑market plans for new services, sectors, and locations
  • Driving lead generation through content, paid/organic social, email, website optimisation, and targeted outreach campaigns
  • Creating high‑impact marketing collateral (case studies, capability decks, service one‑pagers, pitch support)
  • Analysing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to keep us ahead of the curve
  • Collaborating closely with sales, operations, and leadership to align messaging, pipeline goals, and customer experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (CMO/Head of Marketing/Marketing Director) within logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, supply chain, or a closely related B2B services sector
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and profitability
  • Demonstrable success building and scaling lead generation (inbound and outbound support)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for multiple audiences
  • Agency/internal team management (content, design, paid, web)
  • Confident with CRM/marketing platforms
