Provide customer service to staff, visitors, patients, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site expectations.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter access points, with awareness that working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access to the location by observing foot traffic, verifying authorized entry when required, and reporting suspicious, disruptive, and/or unauthorized activity.;
Support healthcare location operations by helping to deter policy violations, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and communicating with site contacts regarding security-related concerns.
