You are the calm, steady lead on shift.

You will:

• Lead and structure shifts with confidence
• Support and supervise staff
• Embed trauma-informed practice
• Oversee care plans and safeguarding
• Work closely with the Registered Manager
• Maintain Ofsted-ready standards

This is real leadership — not just senior cover.

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
• Experience in a residential children’s home
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
• Full UK driving licence
