Front of House Manager Luxury Hotel & Spa
Outskirts of Ipswich | £37,000 | Accommodation Available
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Front of House Manager to join a luxury hotel and spa, leading key operational departments including Reception, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Events, and Night Management
.
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to a motivated hospitality professional with strong organisational skills, a passion for guest experience, and proven experience within a 4 or 5‑star hotel environment
.
Live‑in available. Car driver essential if you live locally
The Role- Oversee day-to-day front of house and rooms division operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop multi-department teams
- Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Manage departmental performance, budgets, and operational standards
- Undertake Duty Management shifts as required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar senior role
