Role Description

The Fall Protection Recertification Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Suffolk. The technician will carry out inspection, testing, repair, and recertification of fall protection and safety equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities also include completing detailed reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service during on-site visits. The technician will inspect installations and systems at various customer locations to ensure optimal safety and functionality.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment inspection, testing, and repair of fall protection and safety systems.
• Understanding of relevant safety standards, regulations, and compliance requirements for fall protection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and skills in completing comprehensive documentation and reports.
• Physical ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to inspection and maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• Relevant certifications in fall protection, safety inspection, or similar fields are a plus.
