We are Sanctuary Group seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to join our planned works team in Ipswich. The role involves repairs for void and tenanted properties, covering all aspects of general building. You'll mostly work lone, with a company van and tools, covering sites across the East/South East.
Role responsibilities include carrying out construction and maintenance, installing kitchens and bathrooms, and communicating progress clearly to customers. 35 weeks per year plus benefits.
