Salary:
Up to £44,000 Basic + Paid Door-to-Door Travel + Overtime at 1.5x + On-Call Allowance + Company Van

We are recruiting for a skilled Air Conditioning Installation Engineer based in Ipswich, covering Ipswich and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established HVAC company offering a varied workload, competitive earnings, and genuine long-term career stability.

• Installing commercial air conditioning systems
• Working on split systems, multi-split, VRV and VRF equipment
• Completing installations to a high technical standard
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and installation specifications
• Commissioning systems where required
• Ensuring all work complies with current industry regulations and health & safety standards
• Providing excellent customer service on site

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer
• Strong commercial air conditioning installation experience
• Valid F‑Gas certification
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills

Up to £44,000 basic salary

Paid door‑to‑door travel

Once 8 hours have been worked, all additional hours are paid at 1.5x the hourly rate

On‑call rota of 1 week in 7
