TSA Surveying Ltd. seeks a freelance Building Surveyor to deliver a practical Schedule of Condition for a student accommodation block in Ipswich. The assignment is outside IR35 and paid as a fixed price per quotation, with on-site data collection and reporting via GoReport.
You will photograph key areas (bedrooms, communal spaces, kitchens, bathrooms) and produce a clean Excel Schedule of Condition aligned to the template, focusing on defects by exception.
