Location: Ipswich based office / sites across London & South East

Salary: £48,000 - £54,000 DOE - Travel time paid OTE £70k+

Hours: Monday-Friday (phone number removed) Call out rota

A well-established national building services contractor is looking to expand its project team with experienced Commercial Gas Engineers to work across major private and public sector projects.

The business has grown into a national contractor over the last 10 years with a high volume of engineers on the road daily, offering services across the mechanical and electrical sector. What You'll Be Doing

• Carry out commercial gas and heating works across major private and public sector projects
• Diagnose faults and take a practical, problem-solving approach to challenging jobs
• Complete commercial gas activities both autonomously and as part of a project team
• Work on commercial plumbing and heating systems
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and project documentation
• Organise and prioritise workload to meet project deadlines
• Maintain strong customer service and communication throughout projects
• Travel to various sites and stay away when required, with appropriate notice

What We're Looking For

• 2 3+ years' experience working on commercial heating systems
• Current NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in plumbing or heating
• Current Domestic & Commercial Gas qualifications refresher training can be provided
• Enhanced DBS clearance or ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check
• Full clean manual UK driving licence confidential discussions regarding points
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and committed approach to Health & Safety

Desirable

• IPAF / PASMA
• CSCS Card
• Current F-Gas qualification
