In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of royalty statements, crucial for our publishing and distribution activities. You will utilize databases such as Label Engine and liaise with client services to resolve any issues. The position requires an analytical mindset and attention to detail to manage high volumes of data and statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and upload monthly royalty statements

• Verify and validate statement accuracy and payouts

• Communicate issues with client services team

• Maintain and update internal database systems

• Process incoming statements for efficient uploads

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration

• 3+ years’ experience in artist or music royalties

• Strong analytical and technical proficiency

• Excellent attention to detail and organization

• Experience with Excel and G Suite applications
