Position: Atlantic Financial Controller Role
Lead financial operations as the Regional Controller for Atlantic Canada, with a hybrid work model. Collaborate closely with executives to drive profitability and operational success.

In this pivotal position, you will manage financial integrity for the Atlantic Canada region. You will be responsible for leading forecasting, budgeting, and compliance efforts while mentoring your finance team. Your strategic insights will support decision-making at the executive level and facilitate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure total accuracy in financial results and reporting

• Oversee forecasting processes and budget development

• Manage the month-end closing process effectively

• Align regional operations with corporate financial targets

• Lead reviews for major tender submissions and bids

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role

• Industry experience in logistics or multi-location services is a plus

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software

• Exceptional strategic and relationship-building skills
