The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources effectively, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational strategy. The Project Manager will develop detailed project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential challenges proactively.

They will also ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained to support transparency and facilitate continuous improvement. Ultimately, the Project Manager will drive project success by applying best practices in project management and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience.
• Proven experience in project coordination and management within a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software tools.
• Strong understanding of project life cycle phases and project administration processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Strong Judgment skills and ability to handle sensitive information
• Experience managing complex projects in a matrixed or cross-functional organizational structure.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience with budget management and financial forecasting related to projects.

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using project management software.
• Coordinate project activities and resources across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and expectations.
• Manage project administration tasks such as budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
• Lead project development efforts by applying structured project life cycle methodologies and best practices.
