Restaurant Server – Frob Eatery, Frobisher Inn

• Location: Iqaluit, NU
• Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
• Shift Requirements: Breakfast and Lunch Service;
  Weekend Shifts May Be Required

The Frob Eatery at the Frobisher Inn is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Restaurant Servers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. In addition to traditional serving duties, this position includes hostess responsibilities and supporting guest servers to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Assist with hostess duties including managing reservations and guest flow
• Support fellow servers and team members during peak service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Process payments and handle POS transactions
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams
• Uphold service standards and contribute to a positive team environment

• Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Availability for breakfast and lunch shifts, including weekends
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Local candidates preferred; preference will be provided to those who can speak Inuktitut
