• Manage Front Office operations and lobby flow

• Ensure high service standards during check-in/check-out

• Collaborate with local experts to enhance guest offerings

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of customer service management experience

• Familiarity with PMS systems, knowledge of Webrez Pro preferred

• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

• Commitment to community engagement and local knowledge

• Flexible with shift availability, including evenings
