We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join a short-term contract opportunity supporting a ~2 month project in Irmo, South Carolina. Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers and schedule appointments that support the pilot program's goals.
• Respond to customer questions through phone and email while delivering attentive, service-focused communication.
• Manage multiple browser-based tools and internal systems efficiently to document interactions and track follow-up activity.
• Identify customer concerns, including basic connectivity-related issues, and direct inquiries to the appropriate support path when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, appointment outcomes, and next steps to keep the project organized and on schedule.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to share feedback, improve engagement efforts, and support daily performance targets.
