We're looking for an exceptional hygienist who wants to be an important part of our team
, not simply move from patient to patient all day, but build long-term relationships with patients while delivering outstanding clinical care.

Hourly Rate: $43 to $60 per hour
, plus bonuses

Production Bonus: An hourly rate plus a lump-sum bonus
, both built around daily production goals

Benefits Include:

We're looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist who's confident, personable, dependable, and passionate about building long-term patient relationships while delivering outstanding clinical care. The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
  , with 1 to 2 years of clinical experience preferred (though not required)
• Thorough and clinically strong
  , comfortable identifying and educating patients about periodontal disease
• Confident discussing preventive and restorative needs alongside the doctor
• Proactive and growth-minded
  , able to help patients understand the value of recommended care without making them feel pressured
• Someone who genuinely enjoys people
