• Two middle school self-contained roles, working closely with students who benefit from a smaller, structured classroom environment.
• One high school resource position, offering guidance to students who require tailored instruction within mainstream settings.
• One elementary self-contained position, fostering a supportive learning space for younger students needing specialized attention.

• Valid Special Education licensure (or eligibility for certification in South Carolina).
• Proven experience (or strong interest) in self-contained and/or resource teaching settings.
• Familiarity with designing and implementing IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Outstanding communication abilities to connect with families, staff, and students.
• Patience, creativity, and a dedication to student-centered education.

• Develop and tailor lesson plans meeting diverse individual learning needs.
• Create an inclusive and welcoming classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor student progress, assess needs, and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and administrators to support comprehensive student services.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians, providing updates and resources as needed.
