Dialysis Nurse, Nephrology & Dialysis, RN Nurse
Role: Hemodialysis RN responsible for providing direct inpatient dialysis care, supervising treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
Responsibilities: Building meaningful patient relationships, educating staff on hemodialysis standards and equipment, and delivering compassionate, tailored care within a collaborative environment.
Qualifications: Current RN licensure, CPR certification, ACLS within 1 year, dialysis nursing experience (6 months minimum), and preferred inpatient experience. CRRN certification is a plus, with support for obtaining it.
