The Role:Prep Cook
This position focuses on food prep, kitchen cleanliness, and smooth operations. If you thrive behind the scenes and know that a great meal starts with the details, we want you in our crew.
What You’ll Do- Keep kitchen areas, walk-ins, and storage clean and organized
- Follow food safety standards for prep, labeling, storage, and sanitation
- Handle chemicals, tools, and equipment with care and precision
- Receive and stock deliveries properly
- Maintain and operate dish machines and assist in dishwashing areas
- Support Line Cooks and other team members during service
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment that complies with health regulations
- 18+ and ready to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Experience in a prep or kitchen role is a plus
- Excellent teamwork, time management, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
