(二) 國內、外專科畢業，且已取得專科(含)以上畢業(學位)證書。

(三) 須具有國語、台語聽說流利之能力。

(四) 具備個人電腦(Windows)及文書軟體(Office)基本操作能力，中文輸入每分鐘逹 30 字(含)以上(本公司無嘸蝦米輸入法) 且錯誤率必須小於 10%（不含 10%）。
