We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Business Process Operations Specialist to join our team.

In this role you will:

• Process business transactions efficiently and accurately within company policies, operational guidelines and risk controls.
• Ensure all daily transactions are complete within a timely and precise manner.
• Monitor and ensure daily operations are following agreed internal guidelines.
• Submit reports to internal and external stakeholders on time.
• Support Mailhub activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Physically able to work in a document-heavy work environment.
• Ability to work independently as a member of a team and as a member of multiple teams.
