We are Seeking a Project Manager

A key leader responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple wireless telecommunication programs, projects, and diverse project types. The primary objective of the PM is to ensure the assigned programs are delivered on time, within scope, under budget, and adhere to the client’s expected quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with the Wireless CAD team, Construction Quality Control team, and Engineers from initial concept and design development through the permitting phase, as directed by the client.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple programs and complete projects which are assigned / awarded on time and in budget.
  • Work closely with Wireless CAD, Site Acquisition, Construction Quality Control teams to ensure deliverables meet client and jurisdiction standards.
  • Review / Redline A&E drawings.
  • Review / Redline structural documents.
  • Manage client requests, including purchase orders and invoicing requirements.
  • Manage subcontractors, including issuing purchase orders and approving invoices.
  • Manage internal trackers to ensure delivery schedules are met.
  • Attend client meetings as required, either in person or virtually.
  • Upload documents and manage internal SharePoint folders.
  • Responsible for completion of the above‑mentioned and all design related project deliverables.
  • In addition to the above‑mentioned deliverables, task all with following up with individuals and/or entities as required for the completion of all tasks associated with the project’s scope of work.
  • Work closely with colleagues to drive and ensure projects like Power, Fiber and D.O.T. coordination walks and related documentation are completed and provided to key stakeholders.
  • When required, initiate relationships with relative jurisdictions to note items required for the permitting process, application requirements and submittal processes to ensure permit’s release.
  • Work closely with Key Stakeholder in a respectful manner.
  • Take a proactive approach to anticipate any potential delay or roadblocks and actively seek out opportunities to mitigate the issues.
  • Delegate tasks as needed.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information.
  • Individuals in this role receive privileged access and are assigned specialized training at least once a year.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience required.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on wireless telecommunications infrastructure projects.
  • Previous project experience with major wireless carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T‑Mobile, Dish / Boost.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the wireless industry, including infrastructure development processes, site acquisition, zoning, permitting, civil construction, and radio frequency equipment installation.
  • Experience with financial tracking and reporting for projects, including detailed cost analysis and revenue forecasting.
  • Knowledge of local and federal regulatory requirements pertaining to wireless infrastructure deployment.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs and diverse project types simultaneously, from initiation to closure.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing project schedules, budgets, and quality deliverables.
