Location:

Onsite in Iron Mountain, Michigan.

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a large-scale enterprise network.

• Support multiple routing and switching protocols.
• Provide guidance to technical support teams for implementation and troubleshooting of hardware and software across systems.
• Utilize network management platforms and troubleshooting tools, including protocol analyzers.
• Attend training, conferences, and seminars to acquire specific hardware/software knowledge.
• Apply a systems approach to problem solving and process improvement involving staff.
• Plan, architect, and document enterprise-class solutions for future network growth.
• Use a fundamental working knowledge of operating systems and software commonly used by Sanford Health.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

• Bachelor’s Degree in networking, computer science, information systems, or a related technology field.
• Associate’s degree with two years of equivalent work experience may be substituted for education.
• Three years of experience or advanced certifications in networking.
• Advanced knowledge of network routing and switching hardware, and network security equipment and best practices.
• Network certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record, is required if applicable.
