Neste cargo, você será responsável pela organização, triagem, custódia segura e digitalização de documentos e acervos físicos. Você fará parte de uma equipe focada em eficiência operacional, garantindo a integridade da informação e a excelência no atendimento aos nossos clientes da região

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Receber, conferir, catalogar e armazenar caixas e documentos físicos no acervo, garantindo a rastreabilidade exata e a rápida localização dos arquivos.

• Colaborar com as equipes de logística interna e atendimento ao cliente para atender às solicitações de movimentação e consulta de documentos com agilidade.

• Garantir a conformidade com as normas rígidas de segurança da Iron Mountain, políticas organizacionais e regulamentações locais de proteção de dados.

REQUISITOS :

• Experiência prévia em gestão de documentos, arquivo, logística de estoque ou rotinas administrativas correlatas.

• Sólido conhecimento em técnicas de organização, controle de inventário e uso de ferramentas digitais básicas (sistemas de triagem ou planilhas).

• Capacidade comprovada em atenção aos detalhes, organização e trabalho em equipe para alcançar metas diárias.

• Ensino Médio completo.
