Shift:
** Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Pay is based on relevant welding experience:

+ $20.84/hr - 26.61/hr

** Overtime opportunities available** , including hours worked outside of your scheduled shift and additional OT shifts on Fridays and Saturdays.

** What You'll Do*
* + Perform MIG welding and grinding on production parts

+ Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

+ Read and follow work instructions and specifications

+ Operate welding equipment and related tools safely

+ Complete routine equipment maintenance and cleaning

+ Move materials and parts throughout the production process

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area

** What We're Looking For*
* + High School Diploma or GED required

+ Previous MIG welding experience or vocational welding training required

+ Robotic welding experience is a plus

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
