Within 80 miles – rate reduced by $8/hr Unit Details: 24-bed inpatient unit (+ ~10 obs/day surgeries) Ratios:
Days 1:5 | Nights 1:6 (team nursing with LPNs) Common Dx: NHP, cellulitis, UTI, COPD, GU, pacemakers, sepsis, ortho & general surgeries (limited peds) Requirements: 1+ year MS/Tele acute care experience IV start proficiency required (no IV team) Prefer TURP/CBI & Critical Access or Level 3–4 trauma experience Floating to similar units required
Schedule:
12s (Days/Nights), weekends EOW, 2/3 holidays Possible call/standby Other:
Charge nurse takes assignment; travelers may relief charge Tele via ICU, basic arrhythmia knowledge needed Orientation: 2.5 days Must disclose prior Marshfield employment (6-month gap required
