Within 80 miles – rate reduced by $8/hr
- 24-bed inpatient unit (+ ~10 obs/day surgeries)
Days 1:5 | Nights 1:6 (team nursing with LPNs)
Common DiagnosesNHP, cellulitis, UTI, COPD, GU, pacemakers, sepsis, ortho & general surgeries (limited peds)
Qualifications- 1+ year MS/Tele acute care experience
- IV start proficiency required (no IV team)
- Preference for TURP/CBI & Critical Access or Level 3–4 trauma experience
- Floating to similar units required
- 12s (Days/Nights), weekends EOW, 2/3 holidays
- Possible call/standby
- Charge nurse takes assignment; travelers may relieve charge
- Tele via ICU, basic arrhythmia knowledge needed
- Orientation: 2.5 days
- Must disclose prior Marshfield employment (6-month gap required)
