Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility will have rates reduced by $8/hour
Facility & Unit Details- Trauma Level: IV
- STEMI / Stroke:
Not a STEMI or Stroke Center (patients are transferred out) - ER Size: 14 beds, 2 trauma bays

Separate triage area with 2 rooms - Travelers may triage after orientation and policy review
- Holding Areas:
Patients typically held in ER - ACU rooms used during overflow
- Psych/Seclusion Rooms:

No 24/7 in-house security - Maintenance acts as security
- Local PD, internal code backup, and 911 utilized
- Average ER Volume: 40–60 patients/day
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratios:

- Charge Nurse:
Takes an assignment - Support Staff: 24/7 HUC coverage
- CNAs, medics, and LPNs float for task-based support
- Respiratory Therapy: 24/7 in-house
- Performs ABGs, breathing treatments, and assists with EKGs if needed
- Telemetry:
No monitor techs;
Central monitoring station; RNs read their own strips - Imaging: X-ray:
In-house, down the hall, 24/7; CT:
Adjacent to ER, 24/7 - Lab Draws: 24/7 phlebotomy

7-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts - 12-hour options:
