- Physical abilities – remain stationary, move, and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), push, bend, and pull
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
- Provide and coordinate patient care
- Monitor patients’ responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures depending on unit
- Share on‑call responsibilities with a 30‑minute response time if required
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Transport patients as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Interpersonal skills – ability to work with diverse personnel while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance
- Technical skills – ability to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment
- Cognitive demands – capable of managing frequent interactions with the public and customers, meeting deadlines under pressure, and working under occasional close supervision or independently
- Sensory skills – keen visual understanding and practical communication abilities
