• Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Monday – Friday 7 am – 3 pm (additional pay for hours worked after 3 pm).
• 1:6 called – shared equally from home with a 30-minute call back.

• Manage general bread and butter cases and OB. No heads. No hearts
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key.

• Nestled in Michigan’s beautiful Upper Peninsula, Iron Mountain is a welcoming small-town atmosphere with outdoor recreation options and a strong sense of community.
• Outdoor paradise – miles of hiking and biking trails, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and boating on Lake Antoine.
• Home to the International Ski Jump Competition at Pine Mountain Ski Resort.

• Guaranteed salary of $285,000, which includes a quality bonus and call pay.
• Commencement bonus of $60,000
• Chief Stipend of $15,000
• Generous 9 weeks of paid time off annually.
