Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Iron Mountain, MI

Contract | Days | 8-hour shifts beginning between 5:45 AM and 9:00 AM | Onsite

• Provide perioperative nursing care across an active operating room environment supporting up to 3 concurrent suites with an average of 9 cases per day
• Cover Pre-Surgery/PATT and PACU in addition to intraoperative responsibilities
• Support a broad range of surgical specialties including General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, and Cardiology (pacemakers, lead revisions, etc.)
• Participate in rotating weeknight, weekend, and holiday call; must be ready for incision within 30 minutes or less for STAT cases
• Clock in and out at the facility for all shifts

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience in the OR across the listed surgical specialties (General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, Cardiology)
• Experience in Pre-Surgery/PATT and PACU settings
• Ability to fulfill on-call requirements including weeknights, weekends, and holidays

• Familiarity with Paragon EMR
• Experience in a multi-specialty surgical environment with high daily case volume

• Scrubs are provided on-site, reducing out-of-pocket costs for clinicians
• Structured one-week unit-specific orientation provided to support a smooth transition into the role
