Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for night shift at a 140-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Ishpeming, Michigan. The role involves delivering compassionate, resident-centered care while supporting a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident health status and report changes to the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
