Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – BMH Urgent Care Iron Mountain - 12066
OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care Team. In this role, you will work closely alongside a physician, collaboratively managing and providing comprehensive, high-quality care to individuals and families across all ages. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient‑centered care, teamwork, and continuous professional growth.
Shift Hours- 24 hours per month (more hours may be available each month)
- No call
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant Program
- WI RN license and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) certification or WI Physician Assistant license required
- Locally governed, not‑for‑profit health system
- Financially robust, with consistently strong bond ratings
- Leadership, education and growth opportunities
- Teamwork is paramount; providers and staff at all levels have a voice
- Physician/administrator dyad shared governance model
