Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift

Connected Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of our trusted partner facilities in Ishpeming, Michigan. This 140-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility is committed to delivering exceptional resident care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Schedule:11:00 PM 7:00 AM*
• Shift:Night Shift*
• Hours:5x8 schedule (40 hours per week)*
• Location:Ishpeming, MI

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans*
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed*
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, identifying and reporting changes in status*
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families to ensure high-quality care*
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements*
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff as appropriate*
• Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition during overnight hours*
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan*
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred*
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills*
• Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts*
