Registered Nurse (RN) - Community Living Center (CLC)
This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT. Applicants will be referred on an 'as needed' basis every 8-10 days. Announcement will remain open through 12/23/2026 but may be extended or closed if needed prior to the initial closing date.
The Registered Nurse (RN) - Community Living Center (CLC) is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care in their assigned unit. The incumbent assumes responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care. The RN - CLC is also responsible for the following duties:
- Providing competent, evidence-based care to assigned residents.
- Providing oversight of licensed vocational nurses and nursing assistants, as appropriate to the setting.
- Assisting in directing the provision of nursing education, orientation, competencies and providing quality improvement and outcomes utilization consultation.
- Demonstrating leadership in delivering and improving holistic care through collaborative strategies with others.
- Providing peers with informal constructive feedback for improvement.
- Fostering a safe and supportive environment conducive to the professional development of healthcare professionals.
- Contributing professional nursing perspective in discussions with the interdisciplinary team.
- Partnering with others to effect change and produce optimal outcomes.
- Supporting colleagues through knowledge sharing to provide safe, quality nursing care.
- Sharing educational findings, experiences, and ideas with peers.
- Questioning clinical practices for the purpose of providing evidence-based care.
- Participating in activities and strategies to sustain evidence-based-practice.
- Collaborating with the Minimum Data Set (MDS) coordinator to ensure documentation is accurate and reflective of the Resource Utilization Group (RUG) score.
- Other duties, as assigned.

Pay:
Competitive salary, regular salary increases, potential for performance awards
