Position OverviewWhat you’ll do:
As a full‑time retail store manager, you will lead a team of 8‑20 associates, including 3‑4 managers, to create an unforgettable experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best.
- Inspire and direct a customer‑obsessed team to achieve sales, loyalty, and talent goals.
- Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
- Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expense control.
- Connect with the community to increase awareness.
- Generate new ideas, share information, and create solutions that drive performance.

- Previous management experience required; specialty retail store management experience preferred.
