Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers and fill online orders, spending time in all departments to find the right items. They dispense orders to customers, engaging them throughout the process. The pace is fast‑paced, especially evenings, weekends, and holiday season, and associates may also assist in‑store customers.

Competitive pay is offered, with performance‑based incentive awards and additional compensation such as quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums based on schedule, season, or specific work performed.
