We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Termite Department Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with liquid termite treatments and Sentricon® bait station systems, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. This individual will be responsible for overseeing termite service teams, compliance with safety standards, and exceeding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pest control technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pest control regulations and safety standards.
  • Develop training programs and oversee licensing and certifications for technicians.
  • Monitor and improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and technician productivity.
  • Create and manage department budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate technician routes for maximum efficiency.
  • Respond to escalated customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
  • Track departmental KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Valid pest control license (e.g., PCO, Applicator License) preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in pest control, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, products, and safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑first mindset.
  • Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and departmental goals.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
