We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Termite Department Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with liquid termite treatments and Sentricon® bait station systems, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. This individual will be responsible for overseeing termite service teams, compliance with safety standards, and exceeding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pest control technicians.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pest control regulations and safety standards.
- Develop training programs and oversee licensing and certifications for technicians.
- Monitor and improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and technician productivity.
- Create and manage department budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
- Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate technician routes for maximum efficiency.
- Respond to escalated customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Track departmental KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Valid pest control license (e.g., PCO, Applicator License) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in pest control, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, products, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and departmental goals.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
