The Forklift Operator is responsible for efficiently placing pallets into designated slots, moving and organizing products, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure product availability for order selectors. This role requires operating a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment while adhering to all safety and operational procedures.

• Operate a stand-up forklift to transport and place pallets in designated storage slots.
• Ensure that product is properly slotted and organized for efficient order selection.
• Move and reposition products as needed to optimize warehouse space and workflow.
• Monitor and maintain inventory in assigned slots, replenishing stock as necessary.
• Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures, including proper load handling and equipment operation.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by management.

• Experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• Previous warehouse or inventory management experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in placing and moving products.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods while operating equipment.
• Exposure to warehouse conditions, including varying temperatures and noise levels.
