Service Business Rep

A Business Development Center (BDC) Service Representative handles customer service and appointment-related tasks for a company's sales and service departments.

• Hourly pay weekly plus .50 for every appointment scheduled and shown (paid once a month)

• Answer phones and respond to online inquiries
• Greet customers and assist with their requests
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Follow up with customers after service visits
• Ensure customers are satisfied with service
• Maintain customer information and records
• Ensure prospects are informed of company promotions
• Perform clerical and administrative duties

• Strong phone and computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of automotive sales and service
