Department: Ironton Pharmacy
Shift/schedule: Full Time (40 hrs/wk)
Works under the supervision of the Pharmacy Business Manager, Pharmacist-In-Charge, and Registered Pharmacist Supervisor. The Registered Pharmacy Technician's primary job function is to assist the Pharmacist in the preparation and distribution of medications, inventory, and stock replacement. Assures the appropriate billing for SOMC patient and staff. Performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation:
- High School Diploma or successful completion of an equivalent High School Exam Required
Licensure:
- If practicing in Ohio:
Registration with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacy Technician required. - Must comply with all licensure and CE requirements as outlined by the board of pharmacy.
